HACK

In HACK, 1-6 players take on the roles of elite hackers traveling through a virtual network. The game combines strategic planning with dice rolls as players navigate a dynamic, player-created game board filled with dangerous squares, enemies, and powerful upgrades. Each hacker must outsmart their rivals, hold their own in real-time hacker battles, and overcome the advanced MINDHEIST firewall to steal the coveted Brain Token .

Gameplay revolves around moving around a modular board, rolling dice, collecting upgrades, and competing in PvP battles. Players also have access to unique asymmetric abilities granted by their chosen HACKNET USER card. These cards offer special control over dice, combat strategies, and movement. Minigames, portals, and overwatch characters add additional challenge and unpredictability, keeping the game dynamic and exciting.

The ultimate goal is to be the first player to successfully complete the MINDHEIST , steal the Brain Token , and return to the START space before the opponents hack you or you burn out. Only one hacker will emerge victorious, while the rest burn out in the unforgiving world of the web.

Each player uses hex cards to form their NET GENERATION hand. With each new game, players generate a new game board with traps, boosts, and challenges. With over 10,000 combinations, players NEVER PLAY THE SAME GAME BOARD TWICE.
