Now there's only one way back to the Title Bureau. You must survive with enough credits to pay off the Title Boss, otherwise you'll be permanently banned. Your career would be over before it even began!

This is a standalone game. Dog Star Tripper plays within the Dog Star system.

Set up in seconds and ready to play in less than ten minutes!

First, choose one of four missions on the mission map and adjust your reputation according to the mission's faction (or remain neutral and ignore the missions).

Then draw 12 cards face down and add them to your Weapons, Engines, or Hull piles. Next, use these piles to play the remaining 18 cards, revealing them as you go to uncover encounters with enemy or friendly ships from the four factions. Discard cards from your Weapons, Engines, or Hull piles to fight or flee from these encounters. Your actions will affect your reputation with the four factions.

During the game, you earn credits by fighting ships, collecting cargo, rescuing allies, completing your mission, and gaining valor. Survive until the final map with 12,000 credits to win! You pay the title boss and avoid being permanently banned by the Bureau.
