Adventure Realms: The Time Trigger is an expansion to Adventure Realms.
In The Time Trigger, players must travel back in time to collect the Time Stone. There are also new ways to earn victory points and treasure. Speaking of which, treasures have been completely rebalanced. Treasures are now placed to the left of a player's face and grant the player new abilities during their turn. These can be very powerful, as long as you meet the requirements to use them.
Time travel is the newest and biggest part of the game. Each player moves through the overworld and collects Time Shards. What do you do with the Time Shards? Time travel, of course! At the end of the Passing Phase, players can then travel through time to different eras. Each era has unique, powerful abilities or effects that can grant players victory points, new heroes, or even the Time Stone!
Additionally, there's now the new SOLO MODE! The player faces off against the Shadow, who seeks to collect points and elemental stones and spread darkness throughout the realms.
