Step by step, players venture into the Tacora Caves in Diamond . Valuable gemstones await them, but so do nasty traps – plenty of adventure! In five expeditions, players aim to collect as many or as valuable gemstones as possible. To do this, they must venture deep into the caves, but also decide in time to turn back before a trap snaps shut.
Each expedition begins with exploring a new cave: if it reveals gemstone deposits, the number of rubies is divided equally among all group members. If the players fall into a trap, nothing happens initially. However, if the same type of trap is revealed a second time, they must flee and lose all their gemstones. To avoid this, after each new cave map, expedition members have the option to continue or retreat. Those who choose the safe route back to camp can secure their gemstones. The others now have the chance to gain even more loot… or lose everything. The player with the most points after five expeditions wins the game Diamond .
