How does Ecogon work?

Ecogon is a fascinating building and placement game with a simple gameplay mechanic. You begin with just one habitat and decide which animals will live there. As the game progresses, you draw tiles that reveal additional habitats, such as forests or meadows, as well as animals and plants. Each of these elements has specific needs: For example, the rabbit wants to be adjacent to a meadow that offers herbs and grasses.

Your ecosystem evolves bit by bit, forming complex ecological niches, habitats, and food chains. But the game presents challenges: Can your ecosystem remain stable enough to survive the event cards? Rise to the challenge and find out!
