Publisher's game description:

Farm Hand is a fun and engaging 21-card microgame for 1 to 5 players, lasting 15 to 20 minutes. It's a game that fits comfortably in your pocket or purse and can be played almost anywhere.

The game features six asymmetrical suits, numbered from 1 to 6 cards, with values from 1 to 7 distributed across the suits. The game includes trick-taking, publicly revealed suits, and simultaneous bidding.

The game is played over 6 rounds, with players receiving a hand in each round that increases by 1 card (1 card in round 1, 2 cards in round 2, etc.).

Since all colors are clearly visible to all players, everyone must try to predict how many tricks they will win in the round – they bid simultaneously by showing a number of fingers.

The bids are recorded and the bidding phase begins.

Everyone plays their cards according to the usual rules for taking tricks, however, the highest card wins the trick, regardless of suit. BUT... if cards of the same rank are played, they cancel each other out, and the next highest card wins the trick. This often leads to surprising results and much laughter and groaning.

Points are awarded depending on whether the players correctly predicted their bids or not:

  • If your bid and your tricks match EXACTLY, you will receive points equal to the current round.
  • If your bid and your number of tricks do NOT match, you will receive -1 point for each difference.

The dealer changes clockwise. Collect all the cards, shuffle them, and deal again.

Play 6 rounds. The player with the highest score wins.
