Defeat the opposing lord or collect 5 gold nuggets first

Game play

Start the game with one lord and three buildings. Gold nuggets and stones are in the center of the table and are easily accessible.

You and your opponent roll the dice at the same time:

Roll a 7:

• Mine GOLD (add 1 gold nugget to your side of the table)
• Or plunder GOLD (Remove 1 gold nugget from your rival's side of the table and place it in the middle of the table)

Roll a pair:

• Mine STONE (place 1 stone on your side of the table)
• Or REBUILD BUILDINGS (Place 2 gold nuggets in the center of the table to return 1 fief to your side of the table).
• or FIRING TREBUCHET (place 1 stone in the center of the table to remove 1 fief from your rival's side of the table and place it in the center of the table)
• or remove LORD (if none of your rival's fiefdoms remain, place 1 stone in the center of the table to remove the LORD from your rival's side of the table)
