Fjords (Jarl's Pledge)

Fjords is a tile-laying game in two phases. In the first phase, players explore the surrounding fjords by laying hexagonal landscape tiles, thus creating a map as the playing field. In the second phase, players start from their longhouses, which they placed in phase one, and traverse the landscape to claim as many plains and cliffs as possible for themselves.

The player who controls the most land at the end wins. Clever placements and the ability to plan ahead yet act tactically are the most important tools.

This exclusive Kickstarter Deluxe Edition from Grail Games includes the base game, the bonus tiles for epic two-player games, the KS-exclusive Secret Runes mini-expansion, and the Rune Stones Deluxe upgrade.
