Millennia ago, a completely new chapter began for humanity. Hunters and gatherers, who had previously roamed the land as nomads, formed the first permanent communities. They built settlements, distributed social roles, and thus laid the foundation for a social revolution. This epoch is called the "Mesolithic" by science – and it is precisely into this exciting time that players delve in MESOS.

Your Role as Tribal Leader In this game, you take responsibility for an early tribe. Your task is to drive the growth of your community by recruiting new members and ensuring a stable food supply. At the same time, you build important structures and must react appropriately to unpredictable events.

Gameplay: Tactics on the Timeline The core of each round is placing your totem stone on the offer track. The position not only determines when it's your turn but also which resources are available to you:

• Choose Tribal Elements: In totem order, players acquire character or building cards for their own tableau.

• Utilize Effects: Each card has individual effects. By building specialized structures and cleverly preparing for upcoming events, you collect Prestige Points (PP).

• Victory: In the end, the leader who has earned the most renown for their tribe through foresight wins.
