Tapestry is a storytelling game without a predefined theme or setting. Instead, intuitive word association drives the game forward, similar to tarot or oracle cards. The rules are deliberately kept lean, while narrative control is evenly distributed among all players. The result is vivid stories full of memorable characters, gripping moments, and colorful settings, shaped solely by the imagination of the players.
Playtests produced stories about monster hunters embroiled in urban intrigues, space pirates seeking lost honor, or queer Regency-era mages forging parties and climbing the social ladder. The possibilities are virtually limitless.

48 cards with linen finish and UV coating, 11 wooden tokens, a 16-page folded rulebook, and the Mint Tin with a matching sticker.
Expansions and Accessories
Thematic expansion packs, each with 18 cards, allow for more genre-specific games. All expansions can be combined with each other and with the base game:
Fantasy, Heroes, Monster, Sci-Fi, and Witchcraft.
