"Twittens" is an old word from the English county of Sussex for the narrow alleys and paths that wind between houses and fields. Like veins, they crisscross towns and suburbs, lined with red brick, garden fences, and rusted chicken wire. Elsewhere, they are known as Ginnels, Snicks, or Vennels.

Twittens is a tile-laying game for 1 to 5 players, set in a very ordinary English suburb. Over the course of the seasons, wander through the twittens of your neighborhood and discover houses, wildlife, allotments, playgrounds, railway tracks, and substations. Complete your rambles and come home in time for tea.
