For eons, Urbion, the library-city of dreams, has been home to happy dreams (Sognae) and sad dreams (Incubi)—two opposing yet complementary powers. As Archon of Urbion, maintain the delicate balance of these dreams: send them to different parts of the city; control their influence so that neither side becomes too dominant. Do your best to rein in Chaos, with its unpredictable dreams! And beware of the Void, the terrible unknown that sows discord and divides.
Peace all of Urbion's districts by balancing their good and bad dreams. Cleverly place your dream cards in different districts. Or discard them for helpful actions to move closer to your goal.
