The humans are trying to either destroy the lab or gather enough supplies to win. The zombies, on the other hand, are trying to kill all the humans or overrun the safe house. Depending on their preference, players can jump into hectic real-time battles or choose a more strategic, turn-based variant. Both zombies and humans perform actions when rolling two six-sided dice and rolling a 7 or a double . Most real-time games last less than 5 minutes, while turn-based games take about 10 minutes.
